Each bottle of Domaine de Canton begins with the selection of only the finest, fresh baby Vietnamese ginger. The baby ginger is peeled and cut by hand and then, in Jarnac, at the center of France's cognac region, it is macerated with a blend of herbs and spices to unlock its fresh essence. Domaine de Canton is made in small batches by hand and, therefore, mass quantities are not possible. Each batch of Domaine de Canton boasts a distinctly bright, fresh, yet rich and complex ginger flavor.
