- 2 Parts Cognac
- 1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 4 Drops of Angostura Drops
- 1 Tsp of Brown Sugar
Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 5 small pieces of fresh ginger and 2 pieces of candied ginger.
Sidecar
- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 Part Cognac
Squeeze juice of a lemon wedge and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Spiced Sangria
- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 2 Parts Pinot Noir
- ½ Part Premium Orange Cognac Liqueur
Pour over ice in a tall thin glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
