Canton Classic

  • 2 ½ Parts Domaine de Canton
  • ½ Part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Canton Cocktail

  • 2 ½ Parts Domaine de Canton
  • ½ Part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 8 Mint Sprigs

Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass.

Ettlingera

  • 1 Part Domaine de Canton
  • ½ Part Hibiscus Syrup

Ginger and Spice

  • 2 ½ Parts Domaine de Canton
  • ½ Part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 to 7 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Dashes Bitters

Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Golden Smoke

  • 1 ½ Parts Domaine de Canton
  • ½ Part Cynar
  • ½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Bar Spoons Vida Mezcal
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Jarnac

  • ¾ Part Domaine de Canton
  • 1 ½ Parts Partida Anejo
  • ½ Part Punt y Mes
  • 1 Bar Spoon Fernet Branca
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

  • 1 Part Domaine de Canton
  • 1 ½ Parts Bourbon
  • ½ Part Dry Sake
  • 2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Serve in a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
