Dark & Stormier
- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 Part Dark Aged Rum
- Splash of Fresh Lime Juice
Fill a collins or high-ball glass with ice. Fill 1/2 of the glass with ginger beer, and then add Domaine de Canton, dark aged rum, and fresh lime juice. Garnish with a lime.
Ginger Daiquiri
- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 ½ Parts Oronoco Rum
- ½ Part Lime Juice
Shake and strain into a daiquiri glass. An Original Recipe by John Lermayer.
Ginger Mojito
- 2 Parts Domaine de Canton
- ½ Part White Rum
- 3 Lime Wedges
- Mint
Prepare as you would a traditional mojito in a collins or high-ball glass. Top with club soda.
Ginger Snap
- ½ Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 Part Spiced Rum
- 4 Parts Eggnog
Blend to desired consistency. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger. Serve in a chilled martini glass.
Strawberry Mule
- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 ½ Parts Rum
Muddle 2 fresh lime wedges and 3 diced strawberries with Domaine de Canton. Shake and strain over ice. Serve in a tall glass and top with ginger beer.
The Canton Cooler
- 1 ½ Parts Domaine de Canton
- ½ Part Dark Rum
- 1 ½ Parts Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ Part Simple Syrup
Muddle raspberries and rosemary with simple syrup. Build in all other ingredients. Shake and strain.
The Prisoner
- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 ½ Parts Light Rum
- 1 ½ Parts Pineapple Juice
Add the juice of half a fresh lime. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
