- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 Part Unfiltered Nigori Sake
Dry shake with 1 ice cube and strain into a cocktail glass. Optional 1 bar spoon of absinthe.
Japanese Courage
- 1 ¼ Parts Domaine de Canton
- 6 Parts Kamoizumi "Shusen" Sake
- 1 Part Bols Genever
- ½ Part Yellow Chartreuse
- ½ Part Honey Syrup
Heat sake in a bain-marie (don't let it boil). Combine warmed sake with other ingredients in a mug. Garnish with lemon. An Original Recipe by Jim Meehan.

- 1 Part Domaine de Canton
- 1 ½ Parts Bourbon
- ½ Part Dry Sake
- 2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Serve in a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
