  • 1 Part Domaine de Canton
  • 1 Part Unfiltered Nigori Sake

Dry shake with 1 ice cube and strain into a cocktail glass. Optional 1 bar spoon of absinthe.

Hot Toddy

  • 1 Part Domaine de Canton
  • 2 Parts Hot Tea, Sake, or Hot Cider

Serve in a tea cup.

Japanese Courage

  • 1 ¼ Parts Domaine de Canton
  • 6 Parts Kamoizumi "Shusen" Sake
  • 1 Part Bols Genever
  • ½ Part Yellow Chartreuse
  • ½ Part Honey Syrup

Heat sake in a bain-marie (don't let it boil). Combine warmed sake with other ingredients in a mug. Garnish with lemon. An Original Recipe by Jim Meehan.

  • 1 ½ Parts Bourbon
  • ½ Part Dry Sake
  • 2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Serve in a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
