Top with Ice
1 oz. Domaine de Canton
½ oz. Lillet Blanc
½ oz. Martinetti Apple Juice

Shake and Strain. Garnish with ground cinnamon.

Brian McFarland was born in Denver, Co but raised in Atlanta, GA. He moved to New York City 9 years ago and has been bartending ever since. Brian has worked at various bars and restaurants including 40/40 Club, Slate, and 4-star restaurants such as Alain Ducasse. Brian has developed the skills of mixology by working in different styles of bars. Brian utilizes fresh ingredients, unique flavors with a bit of creativity and innovation. Brian currently practices these crafts at the Bowery Hotel, and his skills behind the bar have earned him features in numerous magazine and online articles.
